Muy mal servicio. Son serios mientras no necesitas de ellos y estas pagando tu mensualidad. Cuando quieres hacer uso de tu seguro te abandonan y no dan la cara por ti, te comentan que no pas o tu tarjeta para el cobro automático y no te notifican, y te dan baja del sistema para no representante, los llamas con frecuencia en el dia para servicio al cliente y nunca te responden, tal vez conozcan del número que les llamas, atienden tu llamada cuando ya tu plazo de pago está vencido, inicias una reclamación y nadie te llama, esperas esa llamada y nunca llega, los llamas y pides hablar con un supervisor, le explicas todo y tampoco lo entiende, pides revisar el registro de llamadas y con la cara tan dura te responden que no tienen registro de llamadas con tu numero, que tengo que sacar otra póliza, claro al sacar otra póliza ellos no te representarán en el accidente por el cual notificaste a la policía de tu aseguranza y quedas en el aire y enfrentar tu el problema. Es una falta de respeto a la ciudadanía por lo que no recomiendo está agencia, "LO BARATO? SALE CARO, BIEN CARO!!!"
Pase más de un año asegurado por ellos, todo marcho bien hasta que necesite de ellos, nadie te orienta de tus problemas en tu póliza cuando llamas, tienes que ser adivino, de nada vale que tengan tu información y numer o de cell, comentan que vía correo postal te envían la notificación, algo que no es cierto y si te llega la notificación ya es demasiado tarde, pues puedes andar conduciendo sin estar asegurado tu auto, y pensar que estas cumpliendo con la ley, si tienes un accidente ahí es donde conoces tu verdad, pero ya es tarde, NO RECOMIENDO ESTÁ AGENCIA DE SEGUROS .
Excelente atención cuando tu comienzas con ellos y mientras no necesites de ellos, es decir, mientras no tengas que pedir su representación todo estar a bien, cuando ellos tengan que representante en un accidente, ahí es donde conocerás su maldad y falta de seriedad.
