Straight up amazing. I travel alot and one of the downfalls is "finding good delivery foods". But this place is great. Only thing I don't care for is they will not give you a ETA on when your food will be there (basically it takes what it takes). But that's okay well worth the wait.

The sides were cold, I ordered tea and they charged me for it, however they didn’t give it to me. My wife ordered a medium rare sirloin because it is her favorite cut, they gave her a different cut which was well done, tough, and charred on one side. I complained and EVEN took pictures so they could show the cook and if I can I will post them. They said they would give me a refund, credit on my next order, or remake my steak. Stupid me I should have took the money and ran but no I thought it might just have been an off night so I took the credit for my next order. The credit wasn’t a credit at all but a discount that doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of the ruined meal that was barely fit to give to my dogs, a lackluster discount they wouldn’t even combine with any other specials. Won’t be eating here EVER again. On top of everything I am mad at myself for not going to Texas Roadhouse and paying the same price for something much better. Want delivery, do yourself a favor, order a Pizza.

So we ordered dinner for two spent just about $70 including tip to our delivery driver . In retrospect I shouldn't have tipped at all. Asked for sweet n low in the "special instructions" . Delivery time was normal , before the driver departed I asked did the sweet n low make it? He responded yes it's in the bag...... now imagine my surprise when there is no sweet n low to be found. If sweet n low is something alien to your establishment maybe a better approach would have been sir we don't carry sweet n low . Note this complaint is mainly about the poor service and not the cold burger , cold steak that is forgivable since it is deliver after all; Brown lettuce salad or hard stale dinner roll. The tea however was on point!

The Midland location is great. I ordered 2 burgers from the Odessa location, I've been sitting here for almost 40 minutes! For 2 burgers! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant, ordered, eaten, and be signing the check right now. I wont be ordering here again!
