Harkins Theatres Bricktown 16

Pretty good theater located inside Bricktown OKC. lots of stuff to do around Harkins as well. Prices are higher than other theaters but you still will not break the bank going there. All in all, good clean place to watch movies at.

Wife and I saw American Made today at Harkins OKC. It was a last minute decision after walking around the canal. We got our ticket at 12:45 for a 12:40 show. Figured 10 minutes of previews. Went through the ticket taker and didn't look at the name of the movie just the number. Got to theatre 11 and it was The Snowman. The girl had given us tickets for the 2:00 Snowman show instead of the 12:40 American Made. No big deal, we found our show in theatre 13, and it was just starting. We were the only ones in the theatre. Pretty cool. But halfway through the picture the video went dark, but sound kept on. We went and found an usher who told who I think was the manager. She asked to see our tickets and I told her about the error. She said that made sense and would get it fixed. I think it may have been since their systems showed no one supposed to be in the theater. We went back to the theater and it was fixed. After it was done at a little after 2 we saw the manager as we were walking out. We walked by the Snowman show that our tickets showed. I don't know if she thought we may try to see it too, but she was very cordial and apologised again for the issue. She offered some popcorn or something for our next visit. I told her it was an honest mistake and nothing was needed. She offered free tickets for another showing so I did accept them . I didn't get her name but she was very polite and a credit to this facility. I hope she sees this and knows she is appreciated. We were there Monday, October 23rd around noon. Thanks , we.will keep coming back.

Great experience here for my first visit. First showing of the day for 7.50 is nice, concessions were reasonably priced and the staff were all friendly. Did like seeing staff visit each theater during the movie to check on it.

Went there to enjoy a nice movie night with my mother and sister. Went and got some popcorn and the concession cashier got an attitude because I just wanted a soda cup for water. (I drink a lot of water and they only had small water bottles). I was willing to pay full price for the drink, but apparently that bothered him... I don’t know. So we start watching a movie, really intense with some funny moments (American Made) when a woman, who worked at the movie theatre, told us she could hear us all the way from the hallway.. we asked her what she was talking about because we hadn’t spoken a word during the movie. Maybe a laugh? But definitely no talking... so she continues to reprimand us and continues to say how the movie is super loud so we needed to quiet it down since she could hear us from outside the movie theatre. At this point we were just in shock so we were like oookay. She then proceeded to wait and stare at us for the next 5 minutes. The whole ordeal made us feel like we couldn’t enjoy our movie and that the whole staff was just rude. We won’t be coming back. Penn square has better seating and nicer staff.
