Braum's lost a customer for life. The poor customer service from, Doug and Hailey, at the corporate office was pathetic. I had gross food and they did not care. I often wonder why the restaurants look old and run down with almost zero costumers. Now I know. Will not be back.

I dont like to drive through because my order has been wrong several times. Especially breakfast. Good when i get what i pay for.

Always a pleasant atmosphere. They work hard here. It's always busy however, there is a very minimal wait. Strong work! 💪🏾

It's hard to beat Braum's, but this store doesn't put the effort into their food like the many other Braum's I've been to. How can you mess up the same food delivered to all the other Braum's? under cook? Over cook? They manage to do both. I love the grocery store there, an shop daily. However the food just isn't great. After about five or more tries, I give up. The brownies in the grocery store are not even close to other Braum's stores. Don't waste your money. Best eggs an milk ever an at a great price. Good luck to the manager on fixing the food quality. This is the corporate store too, so I expected it to go above an beyond the average store's. It's hard to give up on Braum's. Once you've had a meal from a "on their game" store, you never get it out of your head. Still high quality food, just lacking in the preparation end. I'll be back to try again, but next time I'm talking to someone of authority. Can't fix what you are not aware of. Very clean store! Good customer service!

It's family traditions. Ice cream on hot day. Shakes as reward for great time. Can't say loved it cause the system broke this visit. Someone forgot to call our number so shakes melted on counter. Fries weren't real hot.
But the family get together was great. Will try again. Restrooms are nice and clean. Located close to freeway on and off ramp. Turn off and chow down. Seems there's a fuel station on this freeway oasis. Burgers are good. Grocery goods available. Enjoy.
