The staff and vets here are the best. I generally go to PetVet, but for hospital and xray needs, this place is wonderful. I love Dr. A. He won't charge you if he decides nothing needs to be done. They charge a VERY reasonable fee and take excellent care of my dogs. The techs and front office staff are superb! Great attitudes, at times when people are dropping in without an apt it can slow things down, but they handle it in stride. Highly recommend!

We have been clients of Dr Anthony Thomas at this clinic for over 4 years. We could not have had a better experience. Dr Thomas is a fantastic veterinarian as well as an incredible person. On the few occasions we've seen a different veterinarian at the clinic because Dr Thomas was unavailable, we've always found them to be very knowledgeable, personable and caring of our two dogs. The reception staff is hard working (and worked hard given the number of loyal clients who obviously share our assessment--phone always ringing) yet able to maintain a friendly and helpful attitude. The recent critiques alleging otherwise are so outside the bounds of our experience, we can't believe that there isn't more to the story than is being told in the review! If you care about your pets and want the best for them, these are the folks you need to see!

The entire staff here is AWESOME. They really care about my senior dog and my concerns for his health. I trust them completely with my dog! From making an appointment for a health concern to explaining medication and procedures, i always walk away knowing Max is getting the best treatment. BIG THANKS!!

They remember me and my pet, they never treat us like a number. When you call, you might very well be on hold for awhile, but if you have ever been in there, or if you go, you will know why. They are a very busy clinic, but there is a reason for that! Good care. Thank you guys! Trixie and I ❤ you.

From looking through the reviews on this vet hospital it seems the staff is the cause of most of the bad reviews. I can say that because after being put on hold for 15 minutes this afternoon at 12:50 I had to call back at 1: 06 to see if the receptionist had forgotten about me. And I was greeted with a very rude reply and flat out told that I just had to wait.

Last Friday my regular vet had scheduled a 3:45 pm appointment for my dog, broken leg, needed a hospital instead of the regular vet clinic, so it wasn't like I was some stranger. I had a couple of questions to ask before I brought the dog in a few hours later.

So I had time to browse through the reviews while I was on hold for 15 minutes, saw the 3.9 rating, and after the second call and the very rude woman I called another vet hospital on Reno and scheduled an appointment and took the dog in. Around 3:15 I called Midwest Vet Hospital back, waited ten minutes to talk to the actual vet as I was sure the office help wouldn't tell him why I was canceling the appointment.

So are the vets good? Don't know, but the office staff is rude and poorly trained. They need to Google Vet Hospital Oklahoma City and see how many other choices people have.
