The WORST customer service---- they do NOT care about your time--- Ive honestly NEVER witnessed grown ass men moving so slow, & condescending attitudes! WOW No Thanks--- U-Haul may charge a little more , but it is worth it! DONT RENT FROM THESE JERKS-

Brought my car back and not only were we waiting there for half an hour because it said they open at 7 but really at 8 but he made us go to the gas station to put two freaking dollars worth of gas in the tank. And it HAD to be us putting it in. Seriously just annoying service. Also, the location in Lakewood sucks even more! Don't give this loser company your money. Better off renting from enterprise because you get treated well for all the money you fork out to drive a car for two days. When people pay a good amount of money for a service, at least treat the customers right. Rule number one of having a SUCCESSFUL business that people actually return to. The 3 stars they have are an overstatement.

This location has gone completely downhill, I am no longer a loyal customer. They gave me a car that was filthy and 3 hours away I turned on the AC only to be blasted with toxic cigarette smell, it was so bad I was going to vomit, had to drive the remaining two hours to an urban area with the windows down. I phoned customer service while I was driving twice and was told to go to an airport location in central Oregon to resolve the issue. When I arrived the person at the counter knew I was coming and had a car ready for me, she stated they would just exchange it as this was a common issue! I returned the car to Lacey a few days later, no questions as to why I had a different car, I tried to explain what had happened they ignored me and threatened to bill me an extra day! Rude and bullying behavior by the new owner. I got home to find that I had been billed for an unauthorized car exchange and the total was double. I had been so scared and angry at his threatening behavior I hadn't checked before I left the counter.
