Made a reservation two weeks in advance. Showed up to pick up the van and was told the individual who had it before me extended their rental a week. Staff knew this two days in advance, but no notice was given to me! No van for me!! Went down the road to Enterprise where they took care of me in short order. Welcome to the Boycott List, Budget.

Super friendly staff, easy and quick pick up and drop off. The car was clean, fresh, no problems. Definitely my favorite place to rent from in Olympia/Lacey area

NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT HERE!!!!! YOU SHOULD FIRE BRANDON!!!! (Yes I figured out your name!) He didn't want to give us his name after~ VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. Would NOT let me finish a sentence. Would not give us a car we paid for a month earlier!!! Locked my card and hung up on me. Left my husband stranded!!!!! Told us to go somewhere else! He had other people to help.
