Came in without a reservation and they were amazing! So fast, and willing to work with us. Always have a good experience with enterprise and this group was amazing. Great customer service!!!

I had never left a bad review to any business because I believed people have bad days. However, I was appalled by the service here. On July 27th, I reserved a vehicle to be picked up on July 28th via their website. I had a confirmation email sent to me. AJ left a message on my phone to confirm the reservation. On July 28th, I came to pick up the vehicle, the staff told me that they only accept reservations that were made weeks prior because they were now all booked up. Beyond shocked, I asked him what is the point of letting people make reservations online when then the company can't honor it? He disregarded my question, and repeated that they only are accepting reservations made weeks prior.
Nevertheless to say, I'm not renting from this location again even though they're right down the street from me.

Conveniently located right next to Lacey Collision Center. They upgraded me for free while my car was in the shop. Nice staff. No complaints. They'll actually walk around the car with you to note any issues and show you how to use your rental if you're unsure. I've never seen this before, and I've rented many cars at Avis, Budget, and Hertz.
