Dr Hancock is not a good dentist at all he doesn't listen and is very rude

Dr. Hancock is a joke. Right in the middle of him pulling my tooth he snatched the equipment out of my mouth and threw it on his stand and said. " i cant get it out im done" and he walked out. He pulled the first tooth he pulled my sinus membrane out with the tooth. In a rush he sewed it up and said i would be fine. 5 months later and im not fine. He is rude does not explain things well and if u ask questions he gets pissed off and hands u a piece of paper to explain things instead of him taking the time to take care of his patients

Dr.was rude and did not take any time for my exam.Treated me like a rag doll.Then he put the wrong name on my referral.When I tried to call and straiten it out,he would not admit to his error.Instead he got very rude and started yelling at me.I would not trust him with any dental procedure.

Excellent service. His staff was so nice to my family. Would recommend to my friends.

My family has been going to Dr. Hancock for a couple of years now. He is a great dentist. We do foster care and he has never had a problem accepting our foster children's dental coverage. It is always easy to schedule an appointment. He is honest about needed care, but not pushy if you are not interested or ready to take the extra step. I also appreciate getting to see the Dr. each time I visit.
