I've been a patient of Dr. Herrick for over nine years. I appreciate his clinical knowledge and his positive approach. I also value the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the range of services offered at the dental office. I have some orthopedic issues that limit the range of motion in my neck and lower back, and everyone who provides care to me is careful and respectful of those limitations. I have my teeth cleaned every six months by Registered Dental Hygienist, Laura, who is always both professional and personable. At my scheduled cleaning this week, Laura again worked with me to meet my positioning needs so that I could obtain all the benefits of the cleaning process. I've been going to Dr. Herrick since I was a kid and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone there is always so kind and professional. I chipped my front tooth last night, went in this morning to get it looked at and schedule an appointment, but he said "let's take care of it right now" and got me in and out in less than an hour with no appointment. Can't even tell there was ever any damage to my tooth, it looks as good as new. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend him.

Completely disrespectful receptionists. Ill be finding a dentist that actually keeps his appointments. Not send patients away after they've been waiting 20 minutes for their appointment.

Went in to have a wisdom tooth removed they managed to do but I developed something called dry socket the next day called the office no answer. Called the emergency line over and over the next day, no answer. Left a message on the emergency line then went to a different dental office to fix the problem it has been a couple weeks and they have never returned my calls or followed up. Never gave me a prescription for pain after I told them I have problems with other pain meds. Overall wound up being one of the worst dentist experiences I have ever had.

I have been looking for a professional and knowledgeable dentistry staff for a long time and found it with Dr. Herrick's team. They are amazing! Not only is the dental service you receive top notch but they take the time to explain insurance, the billing process, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Herrick and his team.
