Entire staff is very professional, very kind and most of all...very empathetic. I am always treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better place to go for chemo. Dr. Kang is the best!!!

We waited *over two hours* past our scheduled time. The part that bothered us the most was that they l ignored us the entire time and didn't even inform us that they were behind schedule. My grandpa had other places he needed to be and he had to miss those important appointments. If they had the curtousy to tell us, then we may have been able to speak with the other places.
It was very unfortunate patient service.
