I would concur with other reviewers sentiments... The staff of the clinic are wonderful, however, the third-party agency that they have doing their billing is awful and rude. I pre-paid my bill on the day that I was seen, and yet received another bill for what I had already paid. Each time I tried to contact someone at the local office, they would send me to the third-party agency. I'm Incredibly disappointed and feel devalued as a patient. I would not recommend doing business here unless you are prepared to spend hours dealing with billing issues following your procedure.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. When I went into the clinic for my services the staff was very nice and helpful. However after I received my services is when everything feel apart. I knew when I went in that I had not met my deductible for the year and would have out of pocket expenses. I tried to call to pay my out of pocket portion they did not have it available. 7 months later I receive a bill in the mail. I called to set up a payment plan right away. I was instructed that I was able to set up payment options but I would have to call back on the day I wanted the payment to come out. This is an inconvenience for those who have busy lives and want to just make a payment and get it over with. I called in again on the day I wanted my payment to go threw, was able to make a payment but was not able to set up the recurring payments do to an issue with the automated line. I had to call back and speak to someone in billing who was not able to help me but told me to use the broken automated system again. I tried with the same results. it then transferred me to someone else who then told me that I would have to call back next month to try it again. This is not acceptable and is a very bad service. I will never go back to this facility or its company. Very Unhappy with the way I have been treated this will probably not be viewed by anyone who can do anything about it but here it is.

I had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and helpful and the radiologist came in right after ultrasound to talk with me about it and educate me on my options. I had no problems with the billing department.

Have a referral to get testing done at SSR. Staff is helpful and friendly. Medical Questions are completed via an online questionnaire. Handicap accessible and handicapped parking available

The people who took care of me at the ER were fantastic. Their billing department, however, is the worst. The woman was arrogant, short tempered and just plain rude. I called to address a late statement because it was to be covered by another drivers' insurance company after an auto accident and rather than telling me whether or not I was in danger of going to collections over it she rudely said "have a great day" and hung up on me. I realize no one likes their job but get over yourself. Just terrible.
