Washington Health Insurance is a fantastic help to our family. They are always nice and polite. We have dealt with Vernon and he is the BEST! He explains things clearly and we never feel rushed even though I know he has a lot of clients to see. He always answers emails and phone calls promptly. Recently, we had a situation and after just one email he was contacting the proper people on our behalf and the matter was solved promptly. I have asked him numerous questions but he always is happy to talk and explain matters and help. Thank you Vernon and Washington Health Insurance for going the extra mile for your customers.

Vernon was a great help to my wife and I as we found ourselves in employment transition and on an expensive COBRA program. He helped us find an insurance program that fit our family’s needs during the transition for half the cost of COBRA. I only wish I had talked to him a couple months earlier.
