I’ll be dreaming about the mussels for the rest of my life! So good! Puttanesca is something of a family dish on my mom’s side, and the version they serve with the Mediterranean chicken is to die for. The artichoke dip was more of a cheese sauce, could have used a little more dimension, but that was the only drawback for this date-night. Cocktails were ace, and service was quite attentive and friendly. The decor is lovely and ambient, very comfortable and intimate without being cramped. (The upholstery is especially wonderful.) There’s obviously a lot of love put into everything they serve, we’ll definitely be back in the future!

This place has a great atmosphere speakeasy feeling in an old building in downtown Olympia. Very small, very hard to get a table on a weekend, but worth the wait! Prices are a bit high, but the quality of food is good and the service was excellent. The old bank vault is a cool area to sit in if you are lucky enough to snag that spot. I would recommend that if nothing else you just stop by for dessert - the Whiskey Donut Bread Pudding with Ice cream is AMAZING!

Dillinger's is a gem and should/could be anywhere else. It stands out among all of the other "places" in downtown by ten fold. The staff are great, the drinks and food are top notch, and the atmosphere is hip without being stuffy.
It doesn't make sense this establishment exists here, they could mail it in, be rude, and serve terrible food and still stay open, I'm glad they have chosen to be a beacon in a sea of unwashed masses. Other bars & restaurants...pay attention.

Being a visitor to this town, this would not my typical place to go for drinks or food... but I was "dragged" here by my cousin.. what an awesome and pleasant surprise.. the staff, drinks, and food were phenomenal.. in that order. All were up there, but the customer service was top notch. They took the time to answer this tourists questions about local music, hikes, and other local attractions. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you.
