Costco Pharmacy

Absolute incompetence. They had no record of my faxed in(over a week ago) prescription, had to get my Dr to resend it. I called an hour after Dr sent fax and they claimed again they had no record. I got a copy from my Dr and brought it to them.. some how it had "just" arrived an hour and a half fax transit. If I wasn't out I wouldn't get it here. I do NOT recommend this place for anything important.

This Costco pharmacy is VERY RUDE
I don’t know her name but she was phmarmacy tech and she asked me “what kind of pain for are you getting narcotics?”
So I answered her questions nicely but at the end I wasted 35 mins because they were not giving me the medication because they were calling my doctor’s office and ask so many questions to answer!!!!!!!!

I will not go this Costco pharmacy ever again!!!!!! Because they shoulda told me in front the beginning if they need more informations my doctor then I didn’t have to wasted my time

I guess they thought I was a DRUG DEALER..

I mean She is NOT even a doctor!!?? and I don’t understand why she wants to know about my personal informations?

She was white and has little bits of blond hair
