They are slow as molasses and customer service from the pharmacy techs need improving. I never have any issues with the pharmacist, they are polite and friendly.

Bottom line, these people are apathetic, inept and don't care whether you get your meds on time or not. I had switched from the other CVS pharmacy in town because they were even worse. I have never received my meds in under 72 hours even after calling in my authorized refills 48 hours in advance. These are heart medications but get treated like I'm asking them to donate a kidney to me. When asked if they have a policy on refills they say they don't. I was told today even if the tell you over the phone your meds are ready and filled, likely they won't be. The pharmacist told me she can't access my profile, someone else would have to. Do yourself a favor and use mail in pharmacy or Costco.
