This used to be my go-to restaurant for my food allergies, since they have always been super attentive to making sure whatever I order was correct.
The last few visits, the burgers were badly burnt each time. My aunt complained about her burger being wrong, instead of making a new one, they brought the same burger that they threw back on the grill for a few minutes (with the sauce she didn't want on it burnt into the burger). They didn't offer to comp her burger, and she ate a couple bites and just told them to take it back and to take the burger off her bill.
This was the final straw for not going back anymore: The last visit, they brought me out the wrong burger (but it was at least on a gluten free bun). The waitress took it back and a while later brought back the correct burger, but it was on a regular bun. The waitress was really upset that it still wasn't correct and took it back again. Not even 5 minutes later, the manager on duty brings out my burger correctly... Which I thought was kind of odd because they would normally cook a brand new burger since it was an allergy issue. He didn't offer to comp any of the meal for the inconvenience (they used to do that when it was their mistake). Well, a couple hours later, I end up in the bathroom for the next 12 hours with a horrible tummy ache. I have a feeling they just pulled that regular bun off my burger and slapped a gluten free bun on it instead, without any care to the fact I had an allergy allert. Yes I understand there is a possibility of cross contamination, but Red Robin has always been careful and thorough with any allergy alerts in the paat. I don't break out in a rash when I come in contact with things, instead I have problems with those food allergies in my intestines and it is completely miserable to have to be stuck in the bathroom for hours due to restaurant error.

Mason was our server at a table of 6 and he was amazing! They were super busy and he was constantly checking on us. 6 or 7 birthday songs while we were there and the vibes were great! Wonderful experience with my wife and 4 kids.

I came to this establishment expecting fine dining and atmosphere. Man, was I shown otherwise. We waited for ten lovely minutes to be seated in the nearly empty restaurant; a childs screaming could be heard in the distance. A kind woman brought us to our seat soon after and I thought it was a joke. The seat was torn from one end to the other, the tables greasier than a fry vat. Food crumbs littered the crack of the table and the floor. It wasn't long before we found that the screaming child was actually right behind us. A disgusting substance was on the ground, lookin like a fresh puddle of barf. A waiter of this pleb establishment walked across the table to pull down the blinds on the window behind it. This is pleb dining, no doubt.

Find a different Red Robin!!!! Or better yet go to a different restaurant chain (or local place) altogether.
Waited 20 min. Just to have our drink order taken. Then was served the wrong food and even the little bit that was right was cold. Only saw our server 2 times in 1.5 hours (drink order and delivery of second attempt at our appetizer, we had to flag a different sever to let them know about the food issues). Terrible service combined with even worse food. For the love of god do not go to this Red Robin!

We came yesterday for a late lunch - 2 pm on a Tuesday! The restaurant was noisy and with the continuous loud clapping it wasn't a great spot to be!
We had to complain that after 15 - 20 minutes we had no service and when the waitress was summoned to us she wasn't happy to be asked questions about food i wanted to order. i think McDonalds gives better service. My husbands hamburger wasn't good meat and my $9.plus salad was out of a bag and brown. very disappointing!
We picked this restaurant as we had been in a Red Robins in SURREY, BC a week ago and it was excellent, professional and not a kids hang out which it appears this place is. i would give the BC location a 9/10. and this place a 1/10. we'd never go back!
