Enjoyed a belated birthday dinner. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Loved the selection of olive oils to try with bread.

Service and location set this place above most olympia's restaurants. View of capitol lake, and servers who actually care about their job is nice. The food is more old school, with a creative edge, but you can find better options elsewhere (chelsea's and swing). Food quality was sub-par for the price, probably because they know they have a great location. Fried, butter, canned prepared the way your white-collared dad's favorite restaurant prepared meals back in the suburban midwest.

Be aware when you are in a group you do not have the option of ordering from the menu posted online. Instead you have a very limited menu from which to choose. Also, even though the server informed us that with a group "a small gratuity" is automatically added to each person's bill, I find 24% to be a tad ridiculous and certainly not what I would characterize as "small". Now, I'm fine with the auto addition, but 24%!! Really?

This is one of my favorite spots for dinner, or just a late night glass of wine and a delectable dessert. The decor and feel is open and bustling, while remaining elegant. The menu is seasonal and local which keeps the chef avant-garde. I had a foxglove chardonnay which was a delicate and delicious as it's name sake. We shared a chocolate dessert that was to die for. It is a special treat each and every time and we especially enjoy to alfresco seating.
