First off the one star shouldn’t even be there! It should be NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS!! Let me tell you this salon.......not only did they ruin my hair with tape in extensions they over charged me and made me feel like I was getting great service when really not! For real they kept my extra hair I paid for! Didn’t even put in correctly, they just took advantage of me not knowing anything about extensions and robbed me!! Then to make matters worse I not only had my expensive extensions done crappy but I needed them fixed only 4 weeks later and they treated me like I didn’t matter!!! So I took my business else where and also the lady that did my extensions....... she knows who she is....wouldn’t even accommodate me with my family emergency that I needed my hair fixed before I left!! So if you don’t want bad reviews you shouldn’t do bad do’s!!! Yea never again will I go any where but where I love the awesome solan that fixed my messed up do!!! No thanks to your salon!!

Great service loved Paige and all the extra work she did. For my wedding preview she did three extra styles and took pictures for me! Above and beyond what I could have hoped for!

Paige Ziolkowski is the best! I've never been excited about a haircut my entire life, and she simply innately knew what I needed for my hair to feel so vibrant. I literally love my hair and I've never said that in my almost 30 years of having hair! :) Her prices are extremely reasonable. I'm so glad I bumped into this hair salon!

Mica is amazing. She is sweet, easy to talk to, and gives a great cut and color. I love being able to go for bold beautiful color and it looks so on point. I get compliments everywhere I go.

I waited 3 months to see Michelle having very high hopes, thinking that if it takes 3 months to make an appointment, she must be excellent. I was so excited to finally see her. I explained to her what I wanted, showed her pictures and specified to her that I wanted my hair "lighter" than what I had. Anyway, when she was done and blow-drying my hair to show me the color, I was so disappointed and pretty upset; talk about a huge letdown; so anti-climatic My hair was actually darker when I left and I even said this to her as she was blow-drying my hair, "I thought I told you I wanted my hair lighter? It looks darker." You would think she would have offered to make it right, but she played dumb and said "it would get lighter with time." She said, "whatever you do, don't go home and try to wash the color out with Purell or whatever," but that is exactly what I did. Yes, a lot of the darkness came out, and I was a bit happier when I washed the color out, but it was still very bland and bla-ish looking. I seriously have seen better results at Supercut when I was a teenager. Plus, I didn't appreciate her passive-aggressive digs and being overly friendly while making these digs, which is so nauseating and transparent. The entire experience was horrible to say the least. Believe me, this is not the reason I'm giving her a 1-star review. I'm very good with compartmentalizing and my issue with her fake and rude personality is a completely separate issue from the fact that I hated my hair and despite her knowing my dissatisfaction, she did nothing to make it better. You don't always get what you pay for. Lesson learned!
