This was my first experience with Avis. The customer service was awesome!! The car could of been in better shape but Avis immediately addressed the issue and resolved the issue. Shout out to Breonna and Allen for providing superior customer service!! I thought renting from the airport location would be a hassle but it was so easy and quick!!! Thanks Avis for helping my trip to be a success.

Being a local guy who uses Avis both locally and when traveling for business and pleasure I have never had a failing from the staff or the vehicles I have rented. The Airport location has far superior vehicles overall.

I was provided a car 1 class lower than I reserved online and charged for the class I reserved. I did not notice at first because I am not familiar with all makes, models and where they fit in rental car classes. I checked the car class on the website after I became curious and noticed the mistake . When I brought up the error to Counter Agent they told me that they can do that. After calling Avis customer service they refunded the difference but I am done with Avis .

Best rates we could find on a rental car. Unlimited miles was a good thing since we put on 1500+ miles in the week we had it.

As always, the rental and car usage was fantastic! Alas, their "Lost & Found" is disastrous. Left a gold chain necklace in the car and knew exactly where it had been left. Looked for a contact number to call and found that lost items were handled by an online form.... great! filled out the form almost but when the form needed a location, the state option worked and the specific location pull down list had nothing. It would not take my input or allow the submission without the into. Called corporate and they gave me an Eppley number for Eppley Lost & Found. The person who answered said he could not help but call again and leave a message. Called again and instead of allowing me to leave a message I was routed to Avis reservations. Avis is the greatest for car rental. Just don't have a need outside of the norm!
