Nice theatre. Nice area. (downtown@ Midtown Crossing). You can order real meals(dinner) & eat while watching movie in theatre. Good food. Tickets are decent price. Some seats are like comfy computer chairs at a desk like table, others are "traditional" movie theatre seats. Overall good experience.

Had kind of a weird experience... The trailers started almost a half hour after the movie was supposed to start. We ordered food before the movie (after flagging someone down) and never got it, which was frustrating because we had to sit through the movie hungry as we had planned on having lunch there. We talked to the waitress afterwards to make sure our card didn't get charged... She actually didn't answer our question and simply told us we were "good to go"...cool, thanks.

The staff is always friendly(not the youngest manager). The food is always good. It's a nice place to take a date(it was). Something unusual yet not strange(okay it's getting strange).

Update; Every time we go they mess something up. Usually they more than fix it. This time they started the movie early, apparently they can't stop it once started. That's what they told us anyway. So we missed the first 10 minutes of Blade runner 2049. After several pointed questions about why it started early, and stating l felt cheated. A manager finally offered a were sorry paper. I had to drag it out what good is that, he said a free movie.

Later after l came out of the restroom, which has the same 2 broken urinals for months now. I saw the manager running to hide from a couple yelling at him probably the same issue.

Oh yes and my son ordered one thing and got another, they brought him the wrong drink again. Really the mistakes are getting old.

Very comfortable seats and it's nice that you can order food and drinks for during the movie, this is my favorite theater. That said they need a lot of work. Every time we go their our orders take way longer than they should. We got our drinks about an hour after our food, which was spicy, even though we asked 3 people about our drinks. One of them told us 20 minutes before we got them that they were on the way, and he would have brought them himself, but he wasn't old enough. This situation isn't a one time thing either. The food or the drink is always late. Still worth going just don't expect you stuff on time, and order early.

3 stars because the theater itself is fine. Clean and well kept. We ordered some wings and popcorn. The wings came without the popcorn.

Halfway through the movie we pressed the little request button again and someone came in, turned it off, and promised (actually said "I promise") our server would be right with us. Well no one ever came back and we never got our popcorn.

I would recommend going to a regular theater where you can just walk up and buy your popcorn at the counter, not worth the hassle - especially when you're willing to pay those inflated prices.
