The people who work here are very rude. I needed to get my daughter seen due to some pain and called here to see if I could be see. The lady on the phone asked me "why don't you just take your child back to Creighton since that where you've been taking her. " I thought you brought business in not pushed them away. I will never take my kids there or refer anyone there again.

The customer service in this place is really bad. They change policies without even notifying you that they changed. I had my 3 kids appointment and they messed up the first one I had scheduled when kids out of school. They got them in but and called 3 times and had mistakes with insurance information and kids and then tried to tell me I was wrong with my kids birthday... They wanted deposits and never told me they wanted this and never requested one before when we were seen there. I explained that my debit card was compromised and do not have new one yet she said not my problem. The office personal did not speak very good english. HORRIBLE would not take my kids back or my foster kids....
