The customer service Is very good in the fact that you provide current up to date rates, and find what best suits our needs. You are always available to answer any questions we may have about our insurance policy.

I changed all my insurance policies to Accolade this past year. Many of my insurance needs were somewhat nonstandard and required some research to find the right policy. I had a number of questions and concerns that Jennifer always answered and addressed in a timely manner. It is comforting to know when I have an insurance need, that I have a helpful person that I can stop in and speak with in person. Websites and emails are fine until one feels the stress associated with a loss and needs that personal service that only a local agent can provide. Thanks for your great service!
