So far I have no complaints with Allstate Insurance. Jim Gresham keeps me up on the on the changes.

We moved to Nebraska 5 years ago from the east coast. He helped us with necessary renters insurance and handled the auto insurance. Any questions are answered promptly

Jim has been my insurance agent for almost 20 years and throughout that 20 years he has been professional, responsive, helpful and timely every time I've needed his help. Jim and Maria are great!

James was amazing!!!! I just moved to Omaha and had to switch my insurance, I thought it was going to be a hassle but once I walked into Jim's office I immediately felt like family. He made the switch over hassle free and saved me some money. I will be recommending this agency to my other family members who live here.

Terrible! Did not make necessary changes to my husbands policy despite numerous requests, so he ended up paying for his ex wife's car insurance for three years ! When we asked for a refund he did nothing to help, couldn't even remember that we had recently been in his office. Don't do business with this man!
