Although a short drive it can be quite a walk when visiting downtown Omaha, ample parking and notable and marked walking trail throughout downtown and a foot bridge to Council Bluffs Iowa!

Such a wonderful place to take the kids to explore and learn! We really enjoyed the fountain and seeing all the variety of plant life and insects around the river.

Great area by the river! Nice paved walking/biking paths and plenty of scenic views of the river, omaha, the bridges ect..

Well light at night and never a sketchy experience. Plenty of parking and easily wheelchair accessible.

A thing i really enjoy is reading the info plaques along the trail, unlike most public areas, these have yet to been destroyed! Easily readible ahaha!

Visited this walkway by the Missouri River last weekend for the 'Taste of Omaha.' A great place to hold outdoor events with tons of space. Also showcases the river and pedestrian bridge well while also giving a view of the downtown high rises. There are multiple historical bronze statues throughout as well that are quite interesting.
