Literally never going back here. The guy manager is awful and rude as hell. He messed up my order twice. Then proceeded to get attitude on the phone after I tried to speak with someone else. Until he's gone I won't be going back.

It looked like they were running on 2 people but they had 5- they were just all hanging out in the back. The dishes were toppling over on all of the trash cans, they were out of silverware and handed out plastic- only if you asked for it, my order was wrong & the clerk didn't apologize instead she blamed it on it being hard to hear in there. Let it be known that the place only had 8 customers and no one else in line. It was obviously a bad experience that has left me wary of all Fazolis

I haven't been to Fazoli's in years until yesterday. The staff was really nice and the food is much higher quality than I remember. Our food was hot and tasted great. Staff was seriously great.
