Great food, five dollar appetizer, drinks are good but airport prices. Service is good.

Good local beer selection, good comfort food choices. It's be nice if it was open later than 8 o'clock though. Staff is very friendly.

This place is seriously gross, ridiculously overpriced, and with the exception of one polite employee the staff was unprofessional and obnoxious. $10 for a gross sandwich, extra $3.50 for burnt...I mean burnt! waffle fries. (I was told "that's how they're supposed to be"), and another $4 for a soda...The lady in line in front of me ordered a margarita...$14. Staff was yelling about an incorrect order and arguing about which one of them was going to eat it when they put it in the back room. The bartenders just screamed out the names of drinks with a snotty tone and acted annoyed until patrons figured out if it was their order.
I'm stuck in the airport for a couple of hours due to a delayed flight. Besides the snack shack, it's the only food option in this terminal area. I couldn't eat the food, the tables were all dirty, staff was unprofessional, and even with an incredibly long line only one cashier was working. An absolute waste of time standing in line to order, receiving poor service, waiting for food, and money.

My experience was fine, food was good, nothing out of this world. Waitress was nice and asked of I wanted to start a tab. She did check later if I wanted anything else. Nice place for a quick beer but space is very limited.

Grab and go hot and cold food with a bar area. It needs a remodel bad. After security it is the only option in the A terminal at Epply Airport. Nothing impressive or memorable, but it gets the job done of food and drinks.
The staff is courteous and efficient. You generally do not wait long to be helped even when they are very busy!
