I go to the Qdoba in Aksarben a lot and there is a certain manager there that has always been rude to me. He is the tall dark haired middle aged man who never smiles. I don't know if i'm the only person who experiences this mans hatred but it needs to come to an end. Let's unite and stop him from ruining the life's of many Qdoba goers...today is the last day i pay for a water cup. #getthemiddleagedmanfired

After spending $13 on a meal I was refused a side a queso and guacamole by cashier she said I would have to pay for an additional $7 bucks.... so I left contacted manager and manager stated 2oz of guac and queso was free with any entree purchase and asked me to come back I got my queso and guac as the cashier gave me bad looks so professional of her....

Id give 0 stars if I could. After being a loyal customer for years and spending hundreds at this location I will never be eating here again. Yesterday but got a meal and got a brownie which I have had before. This batch was disgusting an inedible. I took one bite and could barely eat a bite. I threw out the rest of it. Today I came in to get a meal and a refund and they refused to refund me for it without the receipt I threw away. The manager argued with me stating he made them and that they were fine and nothing was wrong with him. And became defensive because he couldn't believe he made bad food. They refused to refund me a couple dollars for rancid inedible food without a receipt. Really? They lost a $12 sale and all my future purchases over refusing refund a couple dollars for rancid food. I'll be glad to spend my money at a different location.

Nacho cheese is good. Would have like some tangy or salted lime flavor in my taco salad. Why do they put paper under the burritos, my husband loves them, but he clearly at paper tonight.

Great Qdoba. I used an app called pocket points that got me a buy one get one free entree. They knew how to use the app and were very nice with me. Great food.
