They pretend like they care for your pet the thing they care about is money! My initial appointment was because my cat had eye and nose discharge and wasn't feeling well which turned out to be feline herpes the vet did not prescribe medicine for that but confirmed that she in fact had it. Not even a week later she has gotten worse I called and the staff was very snotty. Wanted me to stress my little kitten even more than she is by bringing her out in this weather once again, for the vet to run more tests in order to prescribe medicine that he should have prescribed earlier in the week.
I've been to this Clinic in the past with previous pets and never was we ever treated like this. This is ridiculous I work two jobs and I have to visit the vet for the same thing twice in one week. I'm sorry but Dr. Buhr is horrible!...

The staff has always made accommodations around my work schedule to have my pet seen as soon as they can. They seem to genuinely care about my pet and helping with any issues that I have with him. I would recommend anyone to this Banfield location.

Went there with my 4-5 month old cat she was very sick they said she was ok brought her home after spending 1 hour there and 200 + and after bringing her home she died 5 minuets later Rediculas shes ok hu? Why did she die so soon then? When I called to tell them that they wouldnt return my money and stated "they did everything they could very unhelpfull rude pepole, dont waste your time or money, aditional the vet was also rude on the phone with me and stated if I would have done the $1,000 cat scan he recomended she wouldnt have died well I didnt have $1,000 they wouldnt take payments so what was I to do?
