Ordered a to go, the employee repeated back to me what I had ordered.. drive 20 minutes to drive home 20 minutes and find out we're missing part of the order. People make mistakes yes, but I do think employees should go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct... if you want a tip you earn it. But I will thank Chris (kitchen manager) for being pleasant and apologizing. He also let me know the meal would be on the house next time which I'm thankful for.

I went last night and it wasn't something to brag about. The server was attentive to other tables with couples (male/female) and families, but only checked on my table once (with 2 female friends who hadn't seen each other in years). There was a problem with my food and she walked by twice without checking, so I had to call her over.
Most of the food was good, but my main dish wasn't... Do not order the steak, because it is high in gristle, and I won't fight my food to eat it. When I reported it, they did it again, and it was obvious that they cut off the main gristle that was on the 2nd piece too, so I got a smaller steak, which was cooked incorrectly the second time, and when I cut into it, there was some minor gristle throughout.

Had really good server. Not too happy with greeters. They walked away and no one was there when a couple came in. So she sat them my server. The hostess than came back and proceeded to talk bad about our server. Pissed me off. I came to eat not hear a gripe session. I thought she did the right thing. They were waiting over 5 mins and all hostesses were all gone. Amber was our server.

Not to pleased as this will be my second time going to a Applebee's. first time was a great experience in Lakeland food was amazing and fast!!!! waitress was friendly and this is not the same experience we had just now! Waitress said she had been doing this for a long time because she finished my boyfriends sentence when ordering. So when we said the plate was dirty she grabbed it and just walked away, let alone all the appetizer plates were dirty.... we just used our napkins ! The food took longer then expected since there was only 5 tables in all restaurant when we ordered and looked like everyone already had their food. Didn't get a bag to carry three boxes and 2 bowls to take home and had to ask for the check knowing our to go boxes were ready packed and we were ready to go. Dirty plates covered our table as waitress didn't even take them after main meal came! It was me, my boyfriend and his elderly mother so we didn't expect much but we will not being coming back to this location! I saw the other waiters and waitress being friendly and as a retired waitress I know what is expected. Customers shouldn't have to ask for a refill, ask for check and follow through after 5 min of getting food to make sure everything is great! I only give this a one star because of the food! Service sucked and they should honestly re train old employees!

Went there at noon and we'll enjoyed Avery good meal.we had the ribs that were excellent and the wings without bones that were a good reason just to try this dish. .They were crisp sweet and delicious. Lauren our server was efficient and very good help. The melted chocolate cake with ice-cream was still hot freshly made. Will be returning ...
The Music wasvery loud buy upon request was toned down. So five stars.
