Quick service! I was in and out with getting rental car in less than 7mins. They were also the only location thar had same day pick up with last minite reservations.

After reading the negative reviews I was not looking forward to dropping off my rental car return here, but to my surprise it was a great experience!! The staff were so eager to help and Nadia was especially helpful and made sure I was not being overcharged. Great service, well run and clean location.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!

I have used Dollar in the past and never had an issue like this every other time I got a courtesy call from a representative making me aware that my pickup date what's coming up. This specific time around I paid upfront online when I arrived today at 12 to pick up the vehicle they made me aware that I was not able to because the reservation was for yesterday and not today. They had me call customer service had me call someone else no one was able to tell me what was going to happen. Unfortunately the only way I started getting answers is when I started getting loud turns out at 12 noon when I was at Dollar would have made 24 hours for the reservation so I pretty much gifted Dollar Car Rental $139.30 for a service I did not receive!!!!!!! I cannot believe how unprofessional this staff was down to the customer service reps who did not want to let me speak to a manager or supervisor or even give me their corporate number these people are a bunch of crooks I do not deserve to be in business !!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT PAY ONLINE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
