Boy howdy was this a great dental experience. Everyone on staff was wonderful and accommodating. I was late to my appointment due to an accident on the highway and everyone there was very understanding and helped me adjust when I was able to make it in.
I don't have much experience with visiting the dentist and they helped make me feel at ease and took their time to explain everything thoroughly. Dr. Ortiz was phenomenal as she maintained a very professional demeanor while still being friendly and fun. Can't wait to go back.

Wow, wish I would have read all the early reviews before I went in. I was told I had 3 cavities, all which needed to be drilled and I was asked if I wanted to start the fillings that same day. Lucky for me, my dad has been in the dental industry for decades and I called him immediately afterwards for advice. He had me send my x-rays to a dentist he does business with often and trusts. Turns out, I HAVE NO CAVITIES. There was one area with demineralization but nothing that is treatable. I experienced the same "up selling" people in previous posts referred to. At no point was I asked about my oral hygiene habits or given recommendations on how to avoid cavities in the future. It was an uncomfortable experience all around and I felt very pressured by the staff and by the dentist. Healthcare shouldn't involve a sales pitch, it should be about doing what is best for each patient. I am lucky to have the support I do but sadly I imagine a lot of people would have trusted their word and proceeded to unnecessarily have their teeth drilled and filled.

I have been visiting this office for about 3 years now and I love it! Dr. Ortiz-Castillo is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen the same hygienist, Liznell, every time I go in, and I appreciate that it isn't a different person every time. Cleanings are very gentle. Like many people, I've never liked the dentist and hadn't been to one in years before coming here. Now, I go every 6 months with no nerves whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this dental office! I even referred my family and friends! I have never had any problems there I have been a patient/client of there's for almost 10 years. I love my hygienist Liz she is the best!!! Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Most disgusting business practices of any business I have visited since living in Florida. I gladly paid my co-pay and they submitted by dental bill to my dental insurance carrier. A few months later, they call to threaten me with collection because my insurance did not pay $150.00 of the bill... I had no idea there was a balance, but I paid it. I decided not to return after their threat... Then, 6 months later, they send me another bill. I talked to them and asked to see the documentation supporting the new charges. They refused and sent my "new" bill to a collection agency... Stay away from these people. There are much nicer people in the world who can care for your teeth.
