My wife and I have been coming to Coast Dental for over 7 years now. The staff is always wonderful and knowledgeable. I like that there is no pressure to buy extra products or services that I experienced at other dentists. Always a good experience

Never rely on there word. Over a month ago, I went there and started the process of getting crowns for some of my teeth. A couple weeks later, I get a call saying that my bite had to be redone. I go in and redo my bite. They tell me that my original scheduled appointment will stay the same. That the permanent crowns will be in by then. Forward to the day of my appointment. Less than 2 hours before my appointment I get a voice mail saying that the crowns have not come in. (I missed the call). Not realizing I received a call, I show up for my appointment. They tell me that the reason that my crowns have not come in is because they had to redo my bite. If that was the case why didn't they reschedule my appointment when they redid my bite?

Haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I knew I had a lot of cavities. The staff were kind and patient with me while explaining my treatment plan. I've gone about 3 times now and it was mostly painless and everything was done correctly. No problems at all.
