The front office staff is rude and incompetent. Don't go here they don't value their long time patients and will treat you like dirt. I was 10 minutes late and was turned away by the front desk staff. Shame on you Dr. Nasseruddin and staff for turning away a sick patient.

The front office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. They tell people the wrong information over the phone for their appointments. When you get to the appointment then you can’t even be seen because what they tell you over the phone is different from what you are told in person. They only try to contact you if you have a balance on your account. They schedule appointments for times that they are not open ( appointment at 9am on Saturday and they don’t open til 9:30 or on the weekday they schedule for a 1:30 and they don’t open til 1:30). The office manager is horrible! I like the doctor but his staff will make me discharge myself. He needs to hire people with better communication and customer service skills.

Best experience ever with Dr. Melanie Simpson. Never met such a lighthearted and caring physician ever in my life! Definitely a keeper!

Absolutely horrible place worst doctors office I have ever been too. One girl behind desk told me Doctor wasn't in then different girl proceeded to tell me that she would ask the doctor if I can be seen. Complete joke very unprofessional never will return here.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I even came in physically a week ago to fill out the paperwork and supply my ID and insurance card. I showed up on-time for my appointment this week and checked in via the computer. The incompetent lady at the desk said that my insurance was not paid up and they could not take me (policy). This was said in ear shot of waiting patients. This was in fact untrue and I had an ultrasound that morning, mammogram that past week and saw another MD the previous week. She waited until I drove there,checked in and informed me of that. She also said she does not deal with insurance and did not know what was going on. I have had three phone calls with this practice in two weeks to finalize an appointment and give my insurance number. If there was anything wrong with the insurance and I know it was not,why not call the patient and inquire? This place and staff are completely unprofessional and incompetent. As a medical professional and having a father who has been an OBGYN/surgeon for 45 years I have never in my life seen this lack of concern for patient health.
