My first meeting with Dr. Frohwein was relatively positive considering doctors lack of empathy these days. He was matter-of-fact and to the point. The procedure I had went well, again, no understanding of patients fear level. My follow up on the other hand was horrible. I waited more than 1 hour 30 minutes on a Friday, was in an exam room for about 30 minutes. I could hear the doctor talking outside the exam room, and noticed him at the front desk area for a while. I walked up to him and he was involved in personal conversation. I just walked out. There was obvious no consideration for my time. Very unprofessional.
