My mom said he was very attentive to her needs. He addressed all of her concerns. Her employer cancelled her insurance in the middle of treatment and he told her to have the HR department to call him with any questions to help get my mom insurance reinstated. The HR said there was nothing they can do. Dr Nanda's office called HR themselves and was able to get my mom treatments covered. She was wowed.
