When Hasselbring diagnosed me with RA, she didn't even bother making eye contact when she told me. She also put me on medication without explaining to me any of the side effects and justifying the treatment with a simple "we've been treating RA like this since the 70's". Her PA was a thousand times more helpful and she took the time to walk me through some things.
Hasselbring is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to in terms of patient care. I hear from everyone in the area that she is the best. But how can a doctor who doesn't explain anything to her patients be considered a good doctor?

Worst experience ever. Didn't find out anything I didn't already know medically. Then also got charged for tests I wasn't even aware of. Being a self paying patient I just asked to know what'd they be doing so I know what to pay. Weeks later random bills for charges after I had already paid them. Besides billing it was still overall a bad experience. Stay away!

AVOID. The older doctor is running a very old fashion clinic with so many inefficient secretaries which can harm your health. For example, everything is on paper and handwritten.

I wasted 150 minutes there (more than 2 hours) waiting and then waiting again for the doctor to hand write her irrelevant questions. Having no real remedy, Dr. Hasselbring sent me to do an unnecessary blood test in a place that she personally makes money of.

I am not going back there.

What a waste of time. Waiting already ONE HOUR. Too many staff people asking repetative questions and they all write on PAPERS. So primitive. This clinic is not computerized properly which means their care if me will be lacking.

A ton of paperwork which wasted my time. I am now TWO HOURS here. The older doctor is asking IRRELEVANT questions regarding the one who referred me to her. Seems like marketing questions. She wanted me to do blood test which I think was unnecessary. I refused and left

The exam was primitive and without a computer.
