This was my first experience with Centra Care. I made an appointment online about 2-3 hours before going in. I did all of the initial patient information online. I arrived about 30 min before my appointment and was immediately greeted and attended by a very friendly staff. I completed all paperwork, provided required documentation, and then waited. The time I was called in was precisely 25 minutes after what I had scheduled, which considering my past experiences with other doctors and the fact that this was a last-minute appointment, is very impressive. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and attentive to my issue (back pain). Overall, I feel like I was treated well and so I recommend this place.
