Office staff so rude. Called for another perscription to do my bloodwork as my husband threw it away and the girl was going to email it to me. I said great thank you and she said We will just charge you the $5 fee when you com in for your appt. I was like fee you just attach and email it to me. And she got snippy. I said just forget it and cancel my appt. she tgen responds wow your health is not worth $5. I lost it and said what about the hour and a half I waited in your waiting room and I did not charge your office for my hours. My last two appts. I have been 15min early and still had to wait over an hour to an hour and a half past my scheduled time and nooooo one came to me or paid me for my time. She said it is $5. Do not go to this office. It comes from the top so it shows you how the drs run their office. More about money than careing. Last time after my surgery the dr did not even care how bad I was feeling she said to go see my primary dr. See you in 3 months. Went to primary same day spending another 50 and they found issues from my thyroid surgery. Thanks dr bourne for not caring and having such a great office staff. Be well.

My first visit was an absolute pleasure! The office was very warm and inviting. Each staff member I encountered was super polite! I did not wait long at all in the waiting room or in the exam room. Once I met Dr. Bourne she was the kindest doctor I have encountered since moving to FL 2 years ago. She really took the time to listen to me and answered any questions I had thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Bourne!!!!

Endocrine systems out of balance seem to be affecting the judgment of some of these reviews! Dr. Bourne and her staff have been nothing but absolutely amazing, accomodating, supportive, and exceptional to me. Her testing was exceptionally thorough (so much so that my GP chuckled because he was amazed at how much she was ordering).

They do have very strict rules regarding refills, cancellations, and conduct, but they seem like common sense to me. Great doctor with great nurses!

Good doctor but some of the office staff can be a inappropriate and unhelpful, while others are wonderful. It depends on who you get. Ultimately it is her business so she should be aware. I'm struggling to follow up trying to get a specialty drug and the office has been little to no help assisting me with it, even though Dr. Bourne prescribed it.
