On hold for 10 minutes each time I called. Try to make an appointment. It says on their website: extended hours of operation on week days and open on Saturday for your convenience. Liars! It's only open Monday-Thursday 9-5!! The staff is rude and unpleasant. The lady even hang up on me. I could hear another one yelling in the back. Not professional AT ALL!!

LOVE Kirkman Medical Center. As A trans woman this place has been clean, cool, understanding and on top of things. If I could give a billion dollars to this place I would.

Stay away from this medical office. Staff is not pleasant and not nice, especially the secretary. Called and went to the office several times because I had to go back, it was regularly closed. Ended up looking online to find the Dr.'s private email and email him to ask him when he would go back to work. Don't follow hours of operations, they really work whenever they want to.

Worst office staff ever. I was assigned this doctor through Tricare. From the very beginning, when I was trying to schedule my first appointment, the office staff was extremely short and rude. They are very inefficient at their tasks and seem to care very little about the patient. A simple task such as requesting and receiving a patient's records from a coordinating care doctor can't seem to be carried out efficently. I am very disappointed and would not and will not recommend this place to anyone.
