The front desk girls don’t serve people, they just keep talking and laughing a lot, I spend 25 mins no one called me until I went to them and complained because they took a guy that he came after me with no appointment

Really rude staff and all I did was just call and I don't even want to walk in this place whatsoever. I spoke to someone named Chantelle or however you spell her name and she was very very rude. Will be speaking to someone about this. Definitely will not be coming here.

Great experience. Very friendly and professional staff. The Dr. was very nice. I had gone to another “Urgent Care” clinic (not Centra Care) a week before and felt as I was not given the correct treatment for my symptoms and had been suffering with Strep Throat for a week. But at Centra Care today they did a strep test and gave me the correct medication to treat it. I definitely recommend this clinic. THANK YOU!

It's Halloween, and my dad received a bug bite on his arm. It's swollen pretty bad and he decides to stop by Centra Care after he took me to the doctor because I'm sick. We went to the first Centra Care and waited for atleast 2 hours just fir the doctor to say their nurse left at 5. So we can do this one becuse the staff at the other one told us to go here. Tgey also said the nurse here leaves at 8 so we have to get there fast.(It was 7 when we left the first one). We get here by 7:14 and we've been waiting ever since. It's 8:30 now. And that nurse better be here.

Came in around 6:30 p.m., and was seen within about an hour (one person before me had left). Really nice staff! Highly recommend.
