I recently had a very painful shoulder dislocation injury that required immediate medical attention. Dr. Bow was able to see me and resolve the issue much faster and much more efficient than any ER. I would know because this has happened multiple times to me in the past. It seems unusual to find such an impressively trained physician outside of an ER with in-house x-ray capabilities. The type of injury required gentle and precise handling which both he and his staff provided in abundance. He administered the proper medication and performed the procedure flawlessly.

Bad customer service I made my daughter an appointment for today at 4:15 spoke with supervisor Liz get here today and her appointment wasn't put in for today it was put in for tommorow. Then I get told my child can't be seen today because their staff didn't follow directions this has been happening for awhile now. They need new staff in the front. Liz apologized for front office staff her and Mrs. Ruby are awesome and have been very helpful. The staff in the front still has to go but the ones in the back are awesome no complaints on the back office staff 😉 keep up the good work!

My children have been seeing Lyndsey Sutherland since we moved to FL and had our 2 year old son. She is FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough about her, she is compassionate, very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. We are planning a move in the coming months, but if possible, she will remain our PCP.... even though it will be a little drive. She is absolutely worth it!

Been taking my son to see Dr. Bow since he was an infant. It used to be an amazing experience. The past year hasn't. This office is falling apart. I love Dr.Bow but he cannot seem to keep decent staff. The front desk is awful! When you call the phones rarely work. The practice manager is not all that friendly so rarely makes the problem any better. They NEVER have time to see their established patients and forwarded me to the ER which was the last straw. In a day when the ER is now used as a primary care the physicians should not be allowing ear infection patients to be going there. Needless to say, I got fed up and I will find somewhere better capable of taking care of my childs needs. On one final note they have been double billing me and it has been over a year of fighting with the billing company who has no idea when my last payment was or why they cannot seem to find proof of it. Good thing i keep all this in a file for just this reason.

Dr. L. Bow is an excellent doctor. Very up to date with the latest technology and medicine. Very sweet and playful towards children. Office is very clean and very beautifully decorated. Staff is very attentive and very polite. I love this place, I wish I could've taken it with me out of state.
