My comments are specific to Dr Santiago. I have found her to be thorough and caring, always taking the time to not only share lab results, but to also take the time for me to air any concerns that may have arisen between my visits. She came highly recommended by my former co-workers and once I made the decision to choose her, I immediately found out that all of the accolades that preceded her were true. She was able to follow symptoms that I was experiencing (unlike the current doctors that I had), and put the process in motion for the diagnosis that resulted. She has been my doctor for about 10 years and I have full confidence in her capabilities which is the reason why I chose to make the long commute from her former office to where she currently practices. If the other doctors at this facility are as capable and caring as she, more excellent reviews will follow.

It was really good service. Place was clean. Doctor very caring. He found out about an issue that no other doctor could found. I scheduled an appointment and In couple minutes I was inside. Thank you!

My Grandmother fell while on the phone with a lady that works there and heard my grandfather screaming in the background and had the nerve to ask how she was doing when my aunt went to pick up her medicine and hung up the phone instead of calling 911 knowing something happened she had her address right in front of her !!!! Very disappointed to know there's people who can see or hear something happen and say nothing!

Medically irresponsible with Medication delivery, negative response to any referrals. Do not proceed with follow-up appointment system. Unprofessional and discriminatory personal against senior patients. No emergency code procedure system. Disorganized and incomplete medical record system. Irresponsible medication date delivery after hospitalization follow-up. Reluctance to adjust patient medication in-take for wellness and medical stability of senior patients.
