Florida child neurology has attended my kids for 10 years! I don't have anything negative to say about anyone in the office. They always receive me with a smile and respect! My kids have needed urgent care a few times and they answer my call every time and respond quickly! They are sensible for my kids health! Dr. Barr and Dr. Katwala are excellent and exceptional doctors! I appreciate all they have done for my kids!

My children have been patients for four years and we come every three months - every time one or both have issues with the referrals - I have had to take it upon myself to schedule visits with the pediatrician every six months for an updated referral and I will now have to take it upon myself to call united healthcare to get the referrals until I can find a new neurologist - I used to love them and would refer everyone I know to them - my kids don't want to change doctors but I am so furious with them right now - the clinical staff, Carmen, and Kahvehi are amazing but he rest of the from the front are not so good

Dr. Barr and his ARNP Ashley are both very nice and have been great with my son. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The gentleman that checks us out is always so upbeat and friendly! My only issue would be how long it takes to get a follow up appointment if you don't schedule it at your office visit, but this is minor. Other than that, we are completely satisfied with the care my son has received.

Office is extremely unorganized and some of the employees are discourteous and unprofessional. Doctors and Nurses don"t get back to you in a timely manner or not at all. Asked for February's EEG results several times, never received it. It took medical records 6 weeks to finally transfer our records to a new neurologist. I finally drove to the office and supervised them faxing the records since they had "lost" my first two requests. New nurse practitioner was not very knowledgeable and treated our concerns about the VNS very dismissively. Then she proceeded to make fun of our concern while talking to her co-workers outside while I heard every word she said. Our new Doc in a new office just pulled up the result on our first visit and discovered a brand new diagnosis that we were never informed about. This was end of July. Would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Very professional, child friendly practice. The doctor's ask good questions and listen well. They follow-up and in a timely manner. They are overall thorough. One thing that stands out to me is when they called to check up on my daughter when I reported she was ill and was not certain if it was due to the new medication she started taking. They showed genuine concern and I really appreciated that.
