I had a great experience at this facility and will drive the extra 10 min. next time I need urgent care. The front staff, nursing staff, and doctor were all very kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Bridge. I arrived when they opened and was seem right away. They called the next day to check on me and when I went back several days later for a follow-up visit, the other doctor I saw was just as great. I've also been to the Winter Park location and had great care there as well. Guidewell are the best urgent care offices I've been to. Thank you!

Going to this Emergency Room was the right choice . The attention was very good from the moment I walked in . Not a long wait and the patient care was excellent,all the staff were very pleasant starting with the receptionist and all the nurses and the DR. was very attentive and I received the perfect care I have no complaints I even liked the decorations and the lovely chairs. I would definitely recommend this Hospital to everyone I know and if I ever have an emergency 🚨 I will return here.

Came to this clinic after my partner had some terrible lower pain, being new to the state, I went to google to check out for good rating clinics. This is by far one of the best, super clean, the whole staff is extremely friendly, and the doctor was very informative. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely come back.

The nurses were great, they were kind and understanding. The receptionist were fantastic as will they go me in immediately. My only major complaint is with the doctor. Dr Raymond colon, he was very unprofessional. I've had the flu and been vomiting. The nurse gave me Tylenol for my fever and later I hear him making fun of how fast I took my pills then when I told him I might need something for nausea since I haven't been able to keep anything down for two days. He said so you are on the vomit diet. I said no of course not I'm sick. If you have a choice don't see Dr Raymond colon and make sure your knee is nowhere near his crotch.

This place was excellent! It was so neat, it didn't have that gross hospital feel. The wait wasn't long at all. The nurses were very nice and personable and the NP I saw was good too. I'll probably go back if I need to.
