Walk ins start at 4pm and then they start seeing people once a line is formed. What kind of system is that?

The worst example of government incompetence in action! I just need a piece of paper! That I can only get from one place. they make you stand in line with people who are getting shots for three hours and when I'm three people short of the window they tell me they are not giving out any more forms today!! Then the lady told me she was trying to help me by telling me to be there at 7:30 and try again.

My review is for the vital statistics office in building two. They were super fast and very friendly. Literally I'm in and out in 15 minutes. While dealing with my mother's death, this was the least stressful thing I've done. I really thought I would have to sit there for hours waiting on a number to be called. Thanks!

If you could get your case manager to answer your call, or call you back it would be nice. Most of the time when i go into the back, most are just sitting their staring at their computers, paying no attention to the phones ringing. And if you have an appt say at 9am, don't worry they will come when they get ready lol.
