Mike Lublin has an office near my home, so I went to him for insurance on my home and vehicles. Some minor problems came up, about which I was notified by mail. Mike did not answer the phone - ever. I had to work with a call center in Jacksonville. In two years, Mike never answered the phone. It became necessary to change carriers and Mike was not there. Brightway might be OK, but find another agent that cares for his clients

They really explained everything and took my best interest into consideration. I was refered to them by my business partner.This agency really deserves a Platinum Star !!! Best insurance agency!

I needed a new agent closer to my work and was referred to Brightway Insurance from a friend. He and his staff are so friendly and helpful, they made the switch seamless and even saved me money by reviewing my coverage and making suggestions my other agent hadn't even thought of!! The switch was painless and cost less.....this agent is highly recommended based on my experience.

My daughter lives in the Orlando area and we searched the internet and found brightway insurance. I spoke with a gentleman named mike who was very pleasant. He really help me provide the correct type of auto insurance for my daughter. I was so impressed with him that I insured my home in west palm beach through his agency. Prices were better and the service was outstanding!
