I had a WONDERFUL conversation with DEBORAH she knew exactly what I needed and actually saved me a Lot of money. She took her time explaining my policy and was so nice and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed nor did it feel like a sales call. I'm very impressed. Thank you Deborah for your help and your call!! Your kindness is appreciated!

Susanna and Debbie were very helpful. The customer service I received from both was great. Susanna initially was the one who contracted me through phone and mail and explained the policy. Debbie helped me with the final step of obtaining it and she was patient and informative,explaining every details. A+ for both ladies!

Mario did an oustanding job, going over the Policy quote and answering all my questions. He made sure to put the customer first and provide a great experience. Acknowledge the fact I have been with GEICO for 5 years. Overall great conversation. Great employee!!

Our Sales Associate Mario in the Orlando office was a great help. He was very knowledgeable about insurance and helped me through deciding which company to go through. Our daughter is going to drive soon and he put our minds at ease. He is very good at what he does is very personable. If anyone is looking for a good insurance company and kind people to help them navigate through buying insurance, I will definitely recommend Mario to them.

I am leaving this review specifically for Mario. He was extremely helpful and attentive, taking all the necessary steps required to assure I got the best quotes for the coverage I was looking for. I used the website for a quote and received a follow up call from Mario had to end up calling back and ended up dealing with another sales agent. To put it as nicely as possible they were pretty much the complete opposite of Mario. She simply refused to listen to what I was saying and made no effort to further investigate an error on my driving record. Mario seems passionate about what he does and that goes a long way. Thank you MARIO... if at all possible you should specifically request him, you will not regret it.
