I will never work out at a regular gym again. Tropic Crossfit is the real deal and you will see results of you continue to push yourself. The staff is extreme knowledgeable and are there to coach your every step helping you get better each day. Also it's the most reasonable priced crossfit gyms in the area. Worth every penny!

Love this place, the trainer Sam is awesome and the crossfit fam is so cool.. I've tried all kinds of workouts and gyms and I've never had the results like I've had here. I'm down 30lbs in only a month and a half.. Not only have I lost weight but I can see definition in my arms and legs. Tropic crossfit definitely bumped my workout to another level and I'm happy they did.

Fast results and the owner Sam is the coolest mother f* in the business. I've been to every type of work out class, from group classes at the Y to paying for a personal trainer. CrossFit beats them all out. I was intimidated to start because I knew it would be intense. IT WAS. And I LOVE IT.

Samson and the team are great .. Got a kids room too which is nice. This place is awesome, good people, definitely a good find.
