The staff are very curtious and efficient but the wait time for customer service could be up to 30 minutes.

Yesterday 9/26 my boyfriend and I came to this branch to cash a check that my boyfriend has picked up from his employer. First off we stood in line for about 20 mins before we where helped, the gentleman that was standing in front of us was cashing a checked walked right up cashed with no problem. We get up to the window the teller Juan was taking so long we had to ask what the problem was! He then said he needed to go and check something and was gone for about 5-7 mins, when he came back he came back and said I got it now. My boyfriend stated "can I ask what the problem was" Juan the teller says NO! so my boyfriend asks for the management and he said he was the manger. So my boyfriend said if you was the manager why did you have to go ask for help..he them had no reply just a smirk on his face. Keep in mind the check was only $200 dollars. But he so busy racially profilling us they problem don't see the people who are really taking "BIG MONEY" out of there. We
